Returns
You have the right to return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
The item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@elevedence.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your returned item(s).
Please note:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Certain products, such as personalized or custom-made items, may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Health and personal care items (if opened)
If you do not receive your refund within the stated timeframe, please contact your bank or credit card provider as processing times may vary.
Damaged or Defective Items
We strive to deliver products of the highest quality. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by offering a replacement or issuing a refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at sales@elevedence.com to arrange for a replacement.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as the order may already be in processing or shipped.
